Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in color development, skilled in color matching and tone adjustment, and possessing in-depth knowledge of dyes, fibers, and the industrial dyeing process. Key Highlights: 1. Key expertise in color matching and tone adjustment. 2. Proficiency in dyes and compatibility with various fibers. 3. Comprehensive knowledge of the industrial dyeing process. Experience includes: Color development Proficiency in **color matching** and **tone adjustment**. Types of **dyes** (reactive, disperse, direct, acid, etc.) and their compatibilities with different fibers. Control of **pH, temperature, and dyeing time**. Properties of major fibers used: * **Cotton** (natural fiber, widely used in woven fabrics). * **Polyester**, **viscose**, **nylon**, **blends** (polyester\-cotton). * Reactions of each fiber to different types of dyes Knowledge of steps in the **industrial dyeing process**: * Preparation → Dyeing → Washing → Drying → Finishing. * Coordination with the **formulation** and **production** departments to reproduce recipes at industrial scale. * Ability to develop **pilot recipes** and **technical reports**.
