Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-passionate Commercial Executive to manage sales and customer service, client acquisition, and retention, with a focus on achieving targets. What do we expect from you? * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and/or customer service (females) * Field-based client acquisition experience (offering products and/or services) * Completed technical or university education in administration, marketing, accounting, or related fields * Proactive individual with strong teamwork capabilities * Preference for females (ages 25–35) * Residing in Breña, Jesús María, Pueblo Libre, or Magdalena districts * Goal-oriented Your main responsibilities: * Responsible for serving clients at the agency through retention strategies and the InkaCash customer service methodology * Responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining up-to-date information in client portfolios * Achieve assigned sales targets while adhering to company guidelines, policies, and procedures * Actively participate in the daily work plan: promote and market the company’s services * Responsible for cash handling — cash funds — and carefully monitor the cash limit set by the company, complying with security requirements * Reconcile the assigned cash fund with system reports (SIG), issued payment receipts, and corresponding delivery guides * Other duties inherent to the position Benefits: * Formal employment registration from day one, with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive salary * Commissions * Career progression opportunities Join us and become part of this great family!
