Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer to design, supervise, and manage electrical and HVAC projects across diverse environments. Key Highlights: 1. Design and execution of low- and medium-voltage projects. 2. Supervision of electrical and HVAC installations on various construction sites. 3. Preparation of drawings, calculation reports, and cost estimates. We are currently seeking a highly qualified ELECTRICAL ENGINEER AND/OR ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEER to join our dynamic team. PROFILE: A licensed and registered Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer with 5 years of professional experience in the design and execution of low- and medium-voltage projects. REQUIREMENTS: \- Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer \- Degree holder and registered with the professional association \- Minimum 5 years of experience as site engineer and/or project manager and/or supervisor of electrical and HVAC installations on residential, commercial, educational, and industrial construction projects. \- Experience in designing and preparing IIEE drawings, load schedules, and single-line diagrams for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. \- Experience in quantity surveying and preparing cost estimates for IIEE and HVAC specialties. \- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to the specialty. \- Availability to work both in the office and on-site. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD \- Proficiency in Office (Excel and MS Project) \- Immediate availability RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Design and prepare drawings, calculation reports, and other technical documents for low- and medium-voltage projects in compliance with current regulations \- National Building Regulation \- Supervise that works are executed correctly according to the approved technical file. \- Prepare and organize documentation for the project handover dossier (as-built drawings, descriptive report, technical specifications, protocols, certificates) \- Ensure that construction work is carried out in accordance with current regulations, drawings, technical specifications, approved budget, and all other documents constituting the project, within the time frame stipulated in the construction schedule. \- Prepare material, supply, and equipment requisitions prior to commencement of work. \- Ensure the safety of personnel under supervision \- Conduct quality control of materials and supplies delivered to the site. \- Prepare construction cost estimates and quantity surveys If you are ready to join our team, please send us your updated CV, highlighting your relevant experience and including your salary expectations — WE LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR APPLICATION!
