This role is part of a global team working toward common objectives. We operate as a single company across all locations, with shared responsibilities and a clear focus on accountability. **Responsibilities** Electrical or electromechanical technician or related field, with experience in outdoor equipment maintenance at electrical substations and support in electrical testing, inspection, adjustment, assembly, basic diagnostics, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on primary equipment.* Support in executing preventive and corrective maintenance of outdoor equipment. * Perform visual and functional inspections of primary equipment. * Support disassembly, cleaning, adjustment, and assembly of components. * Support electrical testing of substation equipment. * Verify connections, torque, insulation, and physical conditions of equipment. * Support scheduled maintenance operations under supervision and in accordance with procedures. * Record inspection and test results. * Prepare technical reports. * Maintain order and care of tools, instruments, and test equipment. * Availability for fieldwork and emergency response. * Record and track maintenance activities in SAP\-PM. * Other duties assigned by the Operations Supervisor. **Technical Qualifications** * Knowledge of power electrical systems. * Experience in medium- and high-voltage substations. * Knowledge of substation outdoor equipment. * Ability to read engineering drawings. * Knowledge of substation equipment electrical test kits (Desirable). * SAP PM module management. * Knowledge of maintenance management. * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office. * Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. **Personal Competencies** * Learning ability. * Responsibility. * Communication. * Teamwork. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Initiative. * Decision-making. * Creativity and innovation. * Class 2B driver's license (Desirable). **Corporate Culture** ----------------------- We foster an organizational culture grounded in mutual trust, alignment of objectives, and shared responsibility.
