We seek to hire an **Electromechanical Technician** with experience in preventive, corrective, diagnostic, repair, and installation of **various laboratory, industrial, electrical, electronic, and electromechanical equipment**.
The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge in **mechanics, electricity, electronics, electromechanics, and control systems**, as well as the ability to identify faults, perform technical diagnostics, and carry out maintenance tasks safely, systematically, and efficiently.
This position requires availability to work both at our facilities and at our clients’ sites, performing technical services, maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, basic functional calibration, and commissioning of various types of equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform **preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance** on various equipment.
* Carry out maintenance tasks on **laboratory equipment, industrial equipment, electric tools, electromechanical equipment, and auxiliary systems**.
* Diagnose **electrical, electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical faults**.
* Perform disassembly, inspection, technical cleaning, repair, adjustment, lubrication, assembly, and commissioning of equipment.
* Conduct inspection and maintenance of motors, pumps, fans, resistors, sensors, actuators, power supplies, electrical controls, and electronic components.
* Work on equipment such as **balances, ovens, furnaces, incubators, shakers, temperature equipment, pumps, hydraulic equipment, electric tools, measuring instruments, and other laboratory and industrial equipment**.
* Inspect electrical and electronic components to identify potential damage, wear, or abnormal operating conditions.
* Perform measurements and verifications using **multimeters, clamp meters, megohmmeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic instruments**, as applicable.
* Interpret **electrical schematics, electronic diagrams, mechanical drawings, service manuals, and technical documentation**.
* Replace and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical components as required.
* Verify electrical connections, wiring, terminals, motors, relays, contactors, switches, sensors, and control systems.
* Conduct functional tests after maintenance to verify proper equipment operation.
* Identify hazards and unsafe conditions during equipment intervention.
* Keep assigned tools, instruments, and materials organized and in good condition.
* Prepare **technical service reports**, documenting activities performed, faults identified, components serviced, and recommendations.
* Provide technical support during equipment installation, start-up, and operational testing.
* Coordinate with technical and administrative staff to ensure proper execution of scheduled services.
* Comply with the company’s internal safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.
* Perform fieldwork and travel to client facilities when required by the service.
Salary: Starting from S/.1,300\.00 per month
