**Requirements:** * University studies, at least 5th cycle in: Administration, Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Technical studies graduated in Administration, Computer Science and/or Mechanics * Proven 3 years of experience in similar positions * Basic to Intermediate level Excel skills * Valid A3A license **Functions:** * Control and monitoring of buses entering the yard. * Control and monitoring of fuel autonomy changes for feeder and mainline buses. * Control and monitoring of available operators in the yard. * Supervise the proper departure and arrival of operators in the yard. * Receive and deliver vehicles in the yard, perform daily bus inspections using the checklist, detect any incidents occurred during operation and report them to Operations and Maintenance supervisors. * Ensure buses leave in optimal conditions (mechanical maintenance, cleanliness and fuel). * Deliver safety talks to operators to ensure the integrity of the Bus Fleet. * Validate the refueling process to ensure the bus has sufficient fuel autonomy.
