Opportunity for career path and professional growth cOur client, a leading Peruvian company expanding nationally and specializing in fiber-optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Finance Analyst.** What are the main responsibilities? * Development, analysis, and monitoring of the company's overall budget. * Preparation and reporting \- Monthly management dashboards (KPIs). * Development of the company's overall financial projections in coordination with departments. * Support in implementing processes and monitoring management control. * Analysis of expense variances and profitability. * Ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping. What are we looking for? * Graduates in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and management control. * Advanced MS Office skills; database proficiency; Power BI is desirable. * A leadership-oriented, service-minded, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual. What are the employment conditions? * On-site work at the office located in Lince. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. * Full statutory payroll including all legally mandated benefits.
