Continuous training and professional development **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise daily activities related to fire door installation. * Monitor construction progress and promptly report to the projects department or management. * Verify compliance with **safety, quality, and best construction practices**. * Manage on-site personnel and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors. * Prepare technical reports and construction progress reports. * Support documentation management for **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)**. **Requirements** * Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * **Minimum experience:** 1 year in field activity supervision, preferably in construction finishing or architectural element installation. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation and technical specifications. * Proficiency in computer tools (Office, basic AutoCAD). * **Willingness to travel** to various districts of Lima and to provincial areas. * **Willingness to work overtime** as required by project needs. **Key Competencies** * Organization and planning (because chaos is not a methodology). * Ability to solve problems on site. * Effective communication and teamwork. **Benefits** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * **Travel allowances and transportation covered** for provincial trips. * Continuous training on technical standards and safety. * Professional development opportunities within a **solid and growing company**.
