Job Summary: AirNet Telecom is seeking fiber optic and telecommunications installation technicians for training and to join our team, performing installations, splicing, and service maintenance. Diverse technical responsibilities and troubleshooting At AirNet Telecom, we are looking for individuals who wish to learn how to become FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and telecommunications installation technicians, and subsequently join our work team in the city of Cajamarca. Responsibilities: FTTH Installation: Deploy and connect fiber optic cable from the distribution point to the customer's residence or business (Last Mile). Technical Execution: Perform fiber optic splicing (if applicable, with initial training), install ONT devices and Wi\-Fi routers, and conduct service quality tests. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair service faults, ensuring continuity and quality of connectivity. Requirements: Must be of legal age and have completed at least secondary education. Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn. Capable of working under pressure.
