Positive work atmosphere **INKA FISH**, a restaurant dedicated to seafood and traditional Peruvian cuisine, seeks to add a **Grill Cook** with grilling experience to its team, enabling professional development within a dynamic work environment. **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed secondary education. * At least 1 year of experience in cooking or similar positions. * Proficiency in grilling techniques and charcoal-cooked food preparation. * Knowledge of techniques such as sautéing, searing, cooking, and flambéing. * Valid health certificate. * Availability to work in **San Miguel**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare assigned dishes according to company recipes and standards. * Correctly execute various grilling methods and doneness levels. * Keep required supplies organized and readily available during service. * Ensure proper functioning and stocking of your station. * Monitor preparation times to guarantee efficient service. * Maintain proper cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. * Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Report any issues or incidents to the kitchen supervisor. * Perform other duties related to the position. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. * Employment regime: Microenterprise. **Benefits:** * Timely biweekly payments. * **Career path and opportunities for professional growth.** * Positive work atmosphere.
