Participate in inspection and maintenance activities. **GRINDING OPERATOR** **Job Summary:** We are currently seeking a **Grinding Operator** to join our plant team, responsible for operating, controlling, and monitoring grinding circuit equipment and parameters to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous operation in accordance with established procedures and Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards. **Responsibilities or Functions:** * Operate and monitor the grinding circuit and associated equipment. * Control operational process parameters according to established procedures. * Conduct routine inspections of mills, pumps, cyclones, conveyors, screens, and auxiliary equipment. * Verify levels, temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and other process variables. * Identify abnormal operating conditions and promptly report them to the supervisor. * Execute equipment start-up, operation, and shutdown activities per procedure. * Monitor and record operational parameters in the designated forms. * Coordinate with the maintenance department to address failures or conditions that may affect operational continuity. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area, complying with established standards. * Strictly comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental procedures. * Participate in inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities as required. * Report incidents, substandard acts, and conditions identified during operations. * Perform any other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education; technical training in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum of **0.5 years of experience as a Grinding Operator** or in similar roles at concentrator plants. * Experience operating grinding circuits and associated equipment. * Basic knowledge of mineral processing and operational parameters. * Familiarity with mining Safety and Occupational Health standards. * Ability to identify equipment failures and abnormal operating conditions. * Availability to work under a **20 x 10** shift schedule. * Willingness to work at a mining site and reside in a camp. * Teamwork, responsibility, discipline, and safety orientation. **Benefits:** * Accommodation, meals, and PPE provided by the company. * Opportunities for professional development. * Statutory social benefits. * **Preference given to candidates residing in the southern region of the country (AREQUIPA\-PUNO\-CUSCO\-TACNA).** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
