Academic qualification: Completed secondary education and/or incomplete technical studies. Work experience: 6 months in similar positions. Knowledge of bread preparation and baking. Availability to work rotating shifts: MORNING and AFTERNOON. Responsibilities: Guarantee proper bread preparation and baking, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality and food safety standards. Comply with organizational norms, internal policies, and operational procedures. Execute operational processes in the baking area, prioritizing quality control, occupational safety, and health requirements.
