Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hostess or Promoter to greet customers, promote services, manage raffles, and ensure room security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and motivate customers, communicate promotions, and generate enthusiasm. 2. Monitor service delivery and manage prize redemptions. 3. Assist in maintaining room security by reporting suspicious behavior. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- 1 year of experience as a HOSTESS or PROMOTER. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Greet customers in the gaming area and communicate promotions. \- Monitor service delivery to customers currently playing in the gaming area. \- Make public address announcements regarding raffles, promotions, and prizes, following instructions provided by the Gaming Area Manager, in a manner that motivates and excites customers. \- Redeem display-case prizes for tickets and/or accumulated points. \- Report suspicious behavior observed among customers or staff in the gaming area to the Security Agent and Gaming Area Manager to prevent or minimize risks.
