This opportunity is aimed at individuals with driving experience who seek job stability and wish to enter the telecommunications industry. **Prior installation experience is not required**, as the company provides **certified technical training** and continuous mentoring from day one. **Main Responsibilities** * Drive the assigned vehicle to attend scheduled services arranged by the Operations Department. * Safely transport tools, equipment, and materials required for daily operations. * Perform installations and technical service visits for Claro Hogar services—including internet, television, and telephony—according to the daily schedule (HFC / Fiber Optic, others). * Ensure proper care, maintenance, and appropriate use of the assigned vehicle and supplies. **Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license: **A1, A2a, or A2b**. **(MANDATORY)** * Proven prior driving experience (preferably in delivery, transportation, or routes within Metropolitan Lima) (**MANDATORY)** * Immediate availability to work full-time on-site in Lima. * Team-oriented mindset, responsibility, and commitment to punctuality. **We Offer** * **Estimated starting salary:** Range between **S/ 1,900 to S/ 3,000\+** (*Base salary \+ incentives for performance and productivity*). * Certified and paid technical training starting on day one. * On-the-job mentoring and field training. * Genuine opportunity for professional development and career progression. * Provision of vehicle, tools, and work materials. * Positive work environment and job stability.
