Technical support and incident resolution **Mission:** Analyze, develop, implement, and maintain the organization's technological solutions, ensuring operational continuity of applications, information systems, and technological processes through software development, technical support, incident handling, and generation of information for various business areas. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Actively participate in meetings with users from various departments to gather, analyze, evaluate, and validate functional and technical requirements, defining scope and feasibility of new solutions or improvements. * Analyze functional and technical requirements, proposing technological solutions aligned with business needs. * Design and develop front\-end and back\-end components, ensuring proper integration among applications, databases, services, and user experience. * Identify, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems in applications, databases, automated processes, and technological services, ensuring operational continuity. * Perform corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance of in-house applications, implementing improvements and optimizations according to business needs. * Design, develop, and optimize queries, stored procedures, reports, and database integrations in SQL Server to support operational and management processes. * Execute application and technological solution deployments in development, testing (QA), and production environments, ensuring controlled and documented implementation. * Provide technical support (Help Desk) to internal users, addressing requests and incidents related to software, applications, access, and technological platforms. * Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, user manuals, and functional documentation for implemented solutions, keeping system information up to date. * Generate, validate, and maintain operational, regulatory, and management reports, ensuring data integrity and timeliness. Additionally, track communications, bulletins, and requirements issued by Visa and other related entities, evaluating their impact, criticality, and organizational obligation. * Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation through technological solutions. * Accurately plan activities and time required for project development, ensuring delivery within established deadlines and deliverable quality. **Other Responsibilities** * Comply with company policies and regulations for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF). * Maintain confidentiality of personal data accessed during the performance of duties, adhering to applicable personal data protection regulations. * Comply with SGSST (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) standards and instructions. * Participate in achieving objectives and activities of the annual occupational health and safety program. * Report work-related accidents or incidents to immediate supervisor. * Participate in hazard matrix development, risk assessment, and risk control. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor, according to organizational needs.
