We are looking for a **Joy Hostess** at our **Los Olivos branch, Av. Alfredo Mendiola 5810, next to Tottus**. You will be responsible for delivering warm and safe service to customers, ensuring unforgettable experiences for children and their families, as well as supporting the branch’s business goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers courteously and proactively. * Supervise and care for children on-site. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and good condition of attractions and facilities. * Assist in creating commercial content (photos and videos). * Inform customers about and sell company services. * Process payments and assist with cash handling. * Achieve the branch’s business targets. * Support administrative tasks in the office area. * Follow instructions from supervisors. * Collaborate in the care and maintenance of the facility. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (**technical or university studies in progress preferred**). * Experience in customer service, sales, or childcare (**preferred**). * Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and proactive attitude. * Passion for working with children and in teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company. * Training in customer service and attraction management. * Positive work environment and career development opportunities. * Continuous training. WORK SCHEDULE: Weekdays: 1 PM to 9:25 PM Saturday and Sunday: 11 AM to 9:45 PM (includes lunch break) 5 days on / 2 days off 48 working hours per week Salary: Starting at S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
