Management of operational continuity and regulatory compliance At **Bambú Group**, a real estate company managing **9 leased corporate office buildings**, we are looking for a **Junior Project Supervisor** for our Operations team. The role will be responsible for supervising projects, maintenance, and modifications, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and monitoring progress, quality, safety, schedules, and technical specifications. Additionally, the role will support license management, ITSE compliance, and technical documentation, ensuring proper execution of work and operational continuity across our sites. Key Responsibilities * Supervise operations, maintenance, and infrastructure at assigned sites. * Coordinate and control services, maintenance, and projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Manage suppliers and contractors, verifying compliance with technical, documentary, and OSH requirements. * Conduct facility inspections, identify needs, and coordinate preventive and corrective actions. * Handle tenant requests and coordinate responses with relevant departments. * Monitor compliance with ITSE, OSH, and other applicable regulatory requirements. * Maintain up-to-date technical and operational documentation for sites. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators, and propose improvements aimed at optimizing operations and resources. We seek a professional with **strong organizational skills, technical judgment, results orientation, and coordination abilities**, capable of managing multiple requests while maintaining a holistic view of operations.
