Job Summary: Sansevero Pizzeria is seeking a kitchen assistant to learn and work with wood-fired artisanal pizza, supporting ingredient preparation, oven operation, and assistance to the head pizzaiolo. Direct collaboration with the head pizzaiolo. **Sansevero Pizzeria** is seeking a **kitchen assistant** eager to work and learn about wood-fired artisanal pizza. **Responsibilities** * Daily inspection and preparation of ingredients: cutting, chopping, portioning, and labeling. * Cleaning of work area and utensils during shift and at closing. * Receiving ingredients and merchandise. * Igniting and operating the oven. * Dough preparation (training provided). * Assisting the head pizzaiolo in their duties (kneading, stretching, assembling, and baking pizzas). * Preparing staff meals (rotating duty). **Requirements** * Self-motivation and attention to detail * Ability to work in a team * Availability to work weekends and holidays. **Schedule** * 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays) * Monday to Sunday with one day off (Monday or Tuesday).
