Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with experience in food concessions to support daily production, quality control, and area maintenance, ensuring adherence to procedures and effective communication with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in food concessions and at least one year as a kitchen assistant. 2. Responsible for production, quality, and cleanliness in the kitchen area. 3. Conducts inventory and operates equipment correctly. REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience in the food concession industry \- Minimum of one year of experience as a kitchen assistant \- Knowledge of production control. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Daily preparation of supplies for 60 people \- Ensuring proper execution of production processes \- Ensuring product quality within the kitchen area \- Cleaning the area before opening and after closing (equipment, floors, utensils) \- Maintaining correct product temperatures \- Following proper procedures for handling equipment and utensils \- Communicating with internal colleagues with tolerance \- Supervising the proper functioning of all production areas and reporting equipment issues \- Preparing meals for elderly adults \- Conducting biweekly inventory of warehouse stock Hiring Date: 14/05/2026 Number of Vacancies: Kitchen Assistant : 2 Requirements Job Type: Full-time Benefits: \- Access to payroll and statutory benefits \- Work uniform \- Full meals \- Ongoing guidance from our Nutritionist \- Pleasant work environment \- Competitive salary of S/1600 to S/1700 (Depending on experience) \- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday; Saturdays off; Sundays assigned as cook with corresponding cook-level pay.
