Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive cook with kitchen experience, capable of managing raw materials and preparing \ Key Highlights: 1. Prior kitchen experience (minimum 1 year) 2. Knowledge of Creole cuisine and hot Japanese cuisine (not mandatory) 3. Preparation of dishes according to brand-established recipes Job Description * Minimum 1 year of prior experience required. * Must be responsible and proactive. * Knowledge of Creole cuisine and hot Japanese cuisine (not mandatory). * Receive, verify, and weigh raw materials entering the kitchen area. * Prepare mise en place. * Prepare daily Kardex records. * Submit requests for supplies and raw materials via established communication channels. * Perform routine cleaning and disinfection of work areas, as well as at the end of shifts. * Prepare dishes according to brand-established recipes. * Preference given to candidates residing in areas adjacent to the district of Jesús María.
