If you are interested in joining our team and growing with us as a **Line Technician**, we are looking for you! **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 1 year of experience as a line technician * Proficiency in operating fusion splicers * Experience working at heights (e.g., using telescopic ladders) * Residency in the southern zone (Villa El Salvador, Lurin, Pachacamac, or surrounding areas) * Availability to work overtime * Class A1 driver's license (preferred) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Install aerial and/or underground fiber optic cables * Connect fiber optic cables to telecom stations (Site, Node, Hub, POP, and customers) * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Install hardware on utility poles according to client specifications * Work at heights following safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) * Identify, prevent, and resolve technical faults in installations and equipment * Interpret blueprints and work according to technical specifications * Knowledge and experience with FTTH networks **BENEFITS** * Opportunity to join a solid and expanding company * Career path * July and December bonuses * Bi-weekly payroll * Annual vacation leave * Stable employment * Enrollment in MYPE payroll system * Starting salary from S/.2,200.00 **SCHEDULE** Monday through Sunday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with one day off per week (typically Saturday or Sunday) **LOCATION** Intersection of Av. 200 Millas and Av.
