Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation, safety, and preservation of facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance, providing dignified and safe spaces. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings 2. Performing tasks in various technical areas 3. Willingness to travel to different cities Ensure the proper operation, safety, and preservation of assigned facilities and properties by efficiently executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, contributing to the provision of dignified, safe, and suitable spaces for fulfilling the organization's mission. * Visit and inspect assigned meeting centers at least once per month to identify and report malfunctions in chapels for appropriate follow-up. * Perform diverse tasks in electricity, plumbing, masonry, refrigeration, networking, and audio systems according to the predictive, preventive, and/or corrective maintenance plan, across two or more specialized areas. * Request new supplies and equipment as needed. Resolve most inquiries and issues, referring only the most complex problems to higher-level staff. Regularly report on performance. * Inspect maintenance work performed by third parties when required. * Other duties assigned by the supervisor to achieve departmental objectives. * Training in electricity, masonry and/or finishing, plumbing, refrigeration, networking and/or audio systems. * Minimum of 2 years of experience performing predictive, preventive, and/or corrective maintenance of buildings. * At least one advanced certification in electricity, finishing, plumbing, refrigeration, networking and/or audio systems. * General knowledge in masonry and/or finishing, mechanics, electricity, plumbing, refrigeration, networking and/or audio systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at the user level. * Height work certification is desirable. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel to different cities.
