Job Summary: We are seeking a Maki Roller / Itamae to prepare and produce makis, provide customer service, and maintain hygiene in the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and production of makis according to standards. 2. Customer service and order taking. 3. Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area. The **NUOVO PROFIL** family is looking for new talent to serve as **MAKI ROLLER / ITAMAE** for a renowned gastronomy company. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/ 2,600 per month. * Monthly payments. * Enrollment in payroll starting from the 6th month. * Uniform provided (jacket and cap). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and production of makis according to module standards. * Customer service and order taking. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Assisting with order dispatch and delivery. * Basic inventory control and supply replenishment. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 months of experience in this position. * Residence in areas adjacent to La Victoria / Independencia / Cercado de Lima. * Skills: teamwork, speed, responsibility, and customer orientation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Sunday: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. / 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. * Fixed day off: between Monday and Thursday. **LOCATION:** * La Victoria / Independencia / Cercado de Lima **Send your updated CV!
