Job Summary: Perform maintenance tasks on concentrator plant equipment, following quality, safety, and occupational health guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Occupational health and health benefits plan (EPS, Oncology) JOB PURPOSE / (JOB STATEMENT) Perform and fulfill assigned tasks related to concentrator plant equipment maintenance, in accordance with the Quality, Safety, and Occupational Health Management System guidelines. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare all required documentation prior to performing any task, in accordance with standard procedures. * Assess and complete respective safety forms before commencing activities, per company standards and current regulations. * Perform all tasks safely, orderly, and cleanly at all times. * Execute installation of equipment and tools to be used during SAG mill liner and ball replacement. * Operate pneumatic and hydraulic torque wrenches to remove bolts and washers from liners being replaced. * Repair or replace defective machine and equipment components or parts. * Adjust bolts and verify pressure settings of pneumatic wrenches used for this task; additionally verify bolt-torque specification tables as applicable. * Coordinate with the company responsible for verification and calibration of pneumatic equipment to ensure periodic inspection during service. * Conduct inspections of machines and equipment, as well as measurements and recording of results. * Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specialized information according to standards. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS / (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE) * Education: − Mandatory: Secondary education, or Higher Technical Studies in Maintenance Mechanics, Instrumentation, Production Mechanics, or Electrical Engineering. * Preferred: N/A • Experience: − Mandatory: 3 years of documented experience in mining maintenance work (for technical profiles); − 5 years of documented experience in mining maintenance work (for secondary education profiles). Preferred: N/A. * Certifications (evidence required): − Mandatory: N/A. − Preferred: N/A. • Preferred knowledge (no evidence required): • Liner replacement performed by a specialized company. • Knowledge of Mechanics, Maintenance Welding, Production Mechanics, Plant Mechanics, and related fields. * Knowledge of operation of tools—pneumatic, hydraulic, controlled-torque and non-controlled-torque.
