At Outsourcing \& Advisor, a leader in Recruitment and Selection services, and on behalf of our client — a renowned international automotive dealership — we are seeking **Motorized Personnel** to perform routes in Lima. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Valid motorcycle driver's license (mandatory). * Valid SOAT insurance (mandatory). * Prior experience as a courier or motorized personnel (minimum 6 months). * Familiarity with routes in Metropolitan Lima. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Transport spare parts and documents among offices, workshops, and agencies across Metropolitan Lima, ensuring correct handling and timely delivery of items. * Adhere to safety protocols and punctuality for each service. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Base salary of S/1200 \+ S/300 fuel bonus. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Benefits:** * Direct payroll registration under the microenterprise regime from day one. * Life Insurance (Law) and SCTR. * Job stability and a positive organizational climate. * Mid-year and year-end bonuses. * Being part of an automotive company with nationwide presence.
