Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Operator / Multi-Skilled Technician to perform painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and general maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform basic painting, plumbing, electrical, and masonry work. 2. Perform general maintenance tasks across various areas. 3. Maintain order and cleanliness in their work area. A leading company in the electrical sector is looking for a professional to fill the position of **Maintenance Operator / Multi-Skilled Technician**: REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the role. * Valid driver's license. * **Knowledge of masonry, plumbing, painting, carpentry, or related trades**. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform basic painting tasks (filling, drywall, and on metal structures). * Perform plumbing, electrical, masonry, and/or remodeling tasks. * Perform general maintenance tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area before, during, and after tasks. * Prepare reports on completed work orders. * Other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor.
