We are currently looking for a Multifunctional Specialty Coffee Shop Staff member. Requirements: * Barista training (preferred). * Extraction methods (optional). * Minimum 1 year of barista experience or strong willingness to learn. * Knowledge of front-of-house operations. * Positive and proactive attitude The responsibilities of the Multifunctional Staff include: * Preparing coffee beverages and other items on our menu. * Conducting inventory of supplies and maintaining quality standards. * Cleaning the work area and keeping equipment clean. * Recommending beverages or display desserts to customers. Initiative and strong willingness to learn and perform in this role are essential. We constantly seek ways to innovate, so adaptability is highly valued. We provide ongoing training. Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
