Position Summary: We are seeking a multifunctional barista for a specialty coffee shop, with or without prior experience, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn — to prepare beverages, manage inventory, and maintain the work area. Minimum experience or strong willingness to learn We are "Un Cafecito", a growing specialty coffee shop located in Jesús María. We are currently looking for a Multifunctional Specialty Barista. Requirements: * Barista studies (preferred). * Extraction methods (optional). * Minimum 1 year of barista experience or strong willingness to learn. * Basic kitchen knowledge. * Dining room knowledge. * Positive and proactive attitude. Responsibilities of the Multifunctional Barista include: * Preparing coffee beverages and all other items on our menu. * Conducting inventory of supplies and preserving quality. * Cleaning the work area and maintaining machines in clean condition. * Recommending beverages or display-case desserts to customers. Initiative and strong willingness to learn and perform the role are essential. We constantly seek ways to innovate, so adaptability is highly valued. We provide ongoing training.
