If you are passionate about customer service, have experience in sales, restocking, merchandising, and cash handling, and possess an excellent willingness to support various store operations, we are looking for you! Main Responsibilities: * **Customer Service and Sales** * **Cash reconciliation and store closing** * **Organization and Cleaning** * **Multifunctional Duties:** Support any other operational tasks required for the smooth functioning of the store, demonstrating proactivity and initiative. Requirements: * Age 18\-30 years * Prior experience in **cash handling and sales**, preferably in the retail sector. * **Proactive**, dynamic attitude with initiative to learn and assume new responsibilities. * **Full-time and flexible availability**, including weekends and holidays, to adapt to operational needs. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus. * Must reside near or within the Tacna area.
