Job Summary: We are seeking a Level 2 NOC Analyst to monitor and support fixed network and fiber optic services, manage alerts, and participate in scheduled maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. System and infrastructure monitoring in rotating shifts We are hiring an **NOC ANALYST \- LEVEL 2** with availability to work in Comas and Surquillo. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields * Experience in monitoring centers, NOCs, or data centers * Availability to work in Comas and Surquillo (mandatory) * Proven experience and knowledge in networking, including router and switch configuration * Professional references required * Availability to work rotating shifts Responsibilities: * Support and monitoring of fixed network and fiber optic services * Management and tracking of generated alerts, and participation in scheduled maintenance activities * System and infrastructure monitoring in rotating shifts.
