We are seeking an Occupational Psychologist to design and implement mental health plans, develop psychosocial risk prevention programs, and provide counseling to employees.

An Occupational Health Consulting Firm is currently seeking an Occupational Psychologist.
**On-site schedule: one day per week — Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM**
**Work location: La Molina**
Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and monitor the company’s Mental Health Plan in accordance with current regulations.
* Develop programs, campaigns, and activities promoting mental health and preventing psychosocial risks.
* Provide psychological counseling and guidance to employees requiring emotional or psychological support.
* Address cases related to anxiety, stress, occupational adaptation, and other situations potentially affecting employee well-being.
* Conduct psychological follow-up for employees on extended medical leave, post-surgical recovery, or other health conditions impacting their emotional state.
* Administer occupational psychological assessments and prepare corresponding reports.
* Conduct psychological interviews for internal evaluation and follow-up processes.
* Prepare technical reports for each psychological consultation, assessment, or intervention performed.
* Design the Mental Health Plan based on psychosocial risk factor monitoring results and propose improvement actions.
* Support the Social Well-being Department in assigned activities and requirements.
* Assist in personnel selection processes, participating in interviews and psychological assessments as required.
* Maintain records and indicators of all activities performed and periodically report results to the department head.
Requirements:
* Licensed, registered, and authorized Psychologist — mandatory
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Psychologist
* Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health
* Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosocial Risks
* Proven experience implementing mental health programs and behavior-based safety initiatives
* Certification confirming application of psychosocial risk assessments for 2 years
* Certification confirming application of the CENSO-PAS questionnaire
Salary: S/.600\.00 per month
