Positive work environment **OPERATIONS MANAGER – MINING INDUSTRY** Track Mec is a company dedicated to heavy machinery for the mining sector, and we are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** \- Plan, organize, and supervise company operations. \- Coordinate maintenance, repair, and service activities for heavy machinery. \- Supervise operational staff and allocate tasks according to requirements. \- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and technical personnel. \- Monitor task completion, timelines, and quality standards. \- Prepare operation reports and summaries. \- Identify and promptly resolve operational incidents. \- Ensure compliance with safety and work procedures. **Requirements** \- Experience in similar positions, preferably in heavy machinery, mining, or maintenance. \- Experience leading work teams. \- Planning, organizational, and decision-making skills. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. \- Availability for fieldwork when required.
