Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate operational staff across various services. * Verify compliance with scheduled activities and quality standards. * Monitor attendance, working hours, and staff performance. * Coordinate coverage, replacements, and operational requirements. * Prepare reports and report operational incidents. * Maintain constant communication with clients and supervisors. * Supervise proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Monitor operations and resolve incidents. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising operational staff. * Proficiency in Excel and report preparation. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work on-site.
