Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced charcoal oven cook to prepare and roast chicken, clean and season chicken, and perform mise en place while maintaining order and inventory control of supplies. A charcoal oven cook with proven experience in operating charcoal ovens is required, with availability to work full-time and start immediately. Main Responsibilities \- Preparation and roasting of rotisserie chicken. \- Cleaning and seasoning of chicken, and preparation of ingredients. \- Mise en place: potatoes, chaufa rice, salads, and sauces. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness of the work area, supply control, and daily inventory. Experience in stir-frying is desirable. Competitive salary commensurate with market standards and responsibilities, plus performance bonus.
