Maintain a clean and organized work area A leading café chain requires personnel for the position of **BAKERY ASSISTANT** at our **Surco branch (Ayacucho Train Station)** **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (1 day off per week) **LOCATION:** * **Surco branch (Ayacucho Train Station)** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the preparation of assigned bakery products. * Analyze recipes and processes to optimize efficiency. * Produce cakes, desserts, and special sweet and savory bite-sized treats. * Decorate desserts and cakes. * Manual dexterity and attention to detail for decorating and presenting desserts. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, following company safety and hygiene protocols. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience. * Completed or incomplete studies in pastry arts, baking, culinary arts, or related fields. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. * Proficiency in operating bakery and baking equipment. * Availability to work in the district of Santiago de Surco. * Valid Food Handler’s Health Certificate. * Immediate availability to start work. **BENEFITS** * MYPE payroll registration from the first day of employment * Family allowance * Bi-weekly payments * Market-competitive remuneration * Excellent working environment.
