JOB OPENING – BUILDING ATTENDANT CINAD S.A.C. is currently seeking building attendants for residential buildings in the districts of Jesús María, Surquillo, Surco, San Juan de Miraflores, Magdalena del Mar, and Rímac. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Minimum 6 months of experience in building maintenance, concierge services, security, or customer service (preferred). Availability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night). Excellent treatment of residents. Responsible, punctual, honest, and proactive. Preferably reside in nearby districts. Documents required for application: \- Updated CV. \- Copy of valid DNI. \- Employment certificates (if available). \- Certi adulto. Responsibilities: \- Control of entry and exit of residents, visitors, and suppliers. \- Reception of packages or deliveries. \- Recording incidents in the incident logbook. \- Preventive patrols.
