Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible cleaning staff to maintain the facilities of a residential building, with a service-oriented attitude and ease in working as part of a team. Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, and ability to work in a team. **Location:** Miraflores **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Employment Regime:** MYPE (15 days of vacation and half-month bonus in July and December). **Start Date:** **September 1st.** Requirements * Completed secondary education or technical studies. * Age between 25 and 50 years. * Male preferred. * Minimum one year of experience as cleaning staff in residential buildings. * Proactive, punctual, responsible, and honest individual. * Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team. Responsibilities * Perform daily cleaning of common areas in the building: staircases, elevators, parking basements, entrance lobbies, glass doors, concierge area, security personnel restrooms, storage rooms, and garbage room. * Provide support by temporarily replacing security personnel during their break time or when they need to briefly step away for restroom use. * Ensure proper operation of building equipment and facilities, promptly reporting any incidents. * Prepare and submit monthly cleaning and hygiene supply requisitions to Management, coordinated with colleagues and security personnel. **We seek a committed individual with a vocation of service and willingness to maintain the building’s facilities in optimal condition.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
