Job Summary: Sanservi S.A.C. is seeking a Pest Control Technicians Leader to lead operational teams, train personnel, and conduct inspections in this field. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the field operations team and ensure proper execution of pest control services. 2. Train and educate operational staff on environmental sanitation. 3. Conduct inspections and client visits. Sanservi S.A.C., a company dedicated to providing pest control and cleaning services, is currently seeking a Pest Control Technicians Leader. Requirements: Main Responsibilities: * Lead the field operations team and ensure proper execution of pest control services. * Train and educate operational staff on environmental sanitation activities. * Conduct inspections and client visits as required. * Prepare operational management reports and reports. * Submit requests to the relevant department according to needs. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in the pest control industry. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a leader or supervisor of pest control technicians. * Experience delivering training and capacity-building programs to technical staff. * Experience in Occupational Safety and Health matters. * Class A1 driver's license preferred. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
