Key Responsibilities: Execute procurement processes for goods and/or services * Control and tracking of purchase requests, timely and appropriate response and follow-up * Quotations submitted on time and as required * Purchase orders confirmed * Payments and supporting documentation managed * Goods received and inspected * Conflicts with suppliers clarified and resolved * Direct purchases carried out in accordance with departmental guidelines * Purchases recorded and savings calculations completed Execute procurement for special projects * Procurements processed timely and appropriately * Specialized, qualified, and certified bidders * Long-term supplier agreements negotiated * Policies and procedures applied * Purchases recorded and savings calculations completed * Collaborative relationships developed with other departments * Suppliers checked against the Blocked Parties System (Watch Dog) Supplier evaluation * Supplier performance report prepared in accordance with established contracts or agreements * Supplier catalog updated Demonstrate commitment to and alignment with the organizational philosophy, attitude toward child protection, compliance with the Child Protection Policy, confidential handling of information related to the position and the organization, and participation in personal and others’ safety measures when required. * Signature confirming adoption of organizational philosophy protocols. * Explicit confidentiality clause included in personnel file or employment contract. * Signature confirming acceptance and adoption of the Child Protection Policy. * Explicit personal and organizational safety measures clause included in personnel file or employment contract. Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable experience in procurement/acquisition departments or units Strong relationship-building skills with both suppliers and internal clients Experience with humanitarian sector operations (NGOs) Education or Training: Technical or university degree in Administration, Transport Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management Knowledge and Skills: Microsoft Office suite, internet, and various online learning or collaborative platforms Administration and control Supplier/Contract management Negotiation techniques Financial knowledge Results-oriented approach Communication skills Problem-solving skills Time management Valid driver’s license English A1\-A2 \- Basic Willingness to travel Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only
