We are seeking to add the following role to our team: Production Operator – Palo Santo Incense. \-Work Location: Santiago de Surco \-Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm \-Contract Type: MYPE regime with statutory benefits **Responsibilities** * Manufacture, mold, and shape Palo Santo incense. * Perform drying, packaging, and labeling of finished products. * Ensure quality, precise measurements, and appropriate presentation of each incense stick. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the production area. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and good manufacturing practices. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in artisanal production, crafts, food plants, or related fields (not mandatory). * Good manual coordination, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. * Ability to perform manual work while standing. **We Offer** * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system and statutory benefits. * Training in artisanal incense production processes. * Opportunity to join a purpose-driven, sustainable company with international growth potential.
