Description

Job Summary: Manage production to ensure quantity, quality, cost, and delivery timelines, lead teams, and maintain safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage a multidisciplinary team or workgroup 2. Supervise safety and environmental standards 3. Responsible for routine management and personnel under supervision Manage all production-related activities aligned with quantity, quality, cost, and delivery timeline objectives concerning personnel/workers and customers within the plant, according to the assigned shift. Enforce safety and environmental standards in the plant. Management and Leadership:  Manage a multidisciplinary team or a workgroup.  Provide instructions and guidance for work.  Identify strengths and areas for improvement during shift handover.  Adapt communication style to the audience.  Disseminate HR and/or Operations announcements (e.g., weekend schedules, vacations, shift changes, etc.) during shifts where the First-Line Supervisor is not present.  Responsible for managing timekeeping records of personnel under supervision during the shift. Routine Management:  Continuously supervise unsafe acts and conditions by the team and in the assigned area at the start of each shift.  Daily manage proper use of raw materials within the assigned shift.  Daily review raw materials recorded in SOPs (IEM).  Daily verify cable marking and color.
