The selected candidate will participate in manufacturing processes and operate injection molding machines, ensuring compliance with the company's established safety and productivity standards. REQUIREMENTS * Ability to work in a team * Knowledge of injection molding machine operation * Prior experience in footwear production lines (desirable) * Availability for rotating shifts * Completed secondary education RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordination with other departments for operational tasks * Operation of production machinery and equipment * Monitoring of operational processes in accordance with established guidelines * Proper use of safety equipment * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace WE OFFER * Campaign-based employment contract (3 months) * Salary: 1600 * Rotating shifts * Benefits at 50% * Bi-weekly payments * Positive work environment * SCTr Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
