Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators for an industrial company—responsible, committed individuals willing to work rotating shifts, supporting machine supervision and production data recording. Ability to work in a team and follow operational procedures. **An industrial-sector company is currently seeking Production Operators (male) to join our team at our plant located in Puente Piedra.** We seek responsible, committed individuals willing to work rotating shifts, contributing to achieving the company’s production and quality objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise machine operation during the production process. * Complete operational checklists to verify proper execution of tasks. * Record production information at the end of each shift. * Transport and supply necessary materials at each stage of the production process. * Support operational and area housekeeping activities. * Comply with the company’s established safety, quality, and production procedures. **Requirements** * Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or operations roles is preferred. * Availability to work rotating shifts with weekly schedule changes. * Residence in areas near Puente Piedra or ability to commute conveniently. * Ability to work in a team and follow operational procedures. **Benefits** * Base salary during the 3-month probationary period. * Monthly attendance bonus of **S/ 100 for perfect attendance**. * **Meals provided by the company.** * Enrollment in the **MYPE payroll system**. * Training and on-the-job support for position responsibilities. * Positive work environment.
