Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and proactive Production Operators for noodle manufacturing, machinery operation, and maintaining hygiene in the production area. Key Highlights: 1. Proactivity and willingness to learn **La Montanara S.A.C.**, a company dedicated to noodle manufacturing, is currently looking for **Production Operators** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manufacture noodles according to the production schedule. * Prepare, weigh, and dose raw materials and vegetables. * Operate production machines and equipment. * Package and pack finished products. * Keep work areas, machines, and tools clean and organized. * Perform cleaning and disinfection at the start and end of each shift. * Comply with hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements:** * Responsibility and commitment toward work. * Ability to work in a team. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Availability to work in **Lurín**. * Prior experience in production or food industry is desirable. **We Offer:** * Salary: S/ 1,200 * Formal employment registration from day one. * All statutory benefits. * Weekly payments. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity to work overtime, based on production needs.
