Job Summary: Support production, material loading, labeling, assembly, and maintaining order, following safety regulations at an explosives company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the production of explosives and blasting accessories. 2. Assist in loading, labeling, and assembly of components. 3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during handling. Our client, **Famesa Explosivos**, a leading Peruvian company with global reach and over 70 years in the market, dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of explosives, blasting accessories, and blasting agents, is seeking: **Production Operators with or without experience \- Puente Piedra** **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education. * Experience in masonry, construction, stacking, distribution, physical labor, or NO EXPERIENCE. * Availability to perform physical labor. * Residency in Puente Piedra or neighboring districts. * **Availability to work only from Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day on rotating shifts.** **Rotating Shifts:** * Morning shift: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. * Night shift: 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. **Responsibilities**: * Support production activities including material, supply, and spare parts loading. * Support production in labeling and bagging. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area. * Assist in component assembly and fitting. * Comply with safety regulations for material handling. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits**: * Direct payroll enrollment with full statutory benefits (Family Allowance S/113, paid vacations, CTS, Essalud). * **Three bonuses per year (May \- July \- December).** * **High profit-sharing.** * Gross salary of S/1,130 \+ **commuting allowance.** * **100% on-site meals provided.** * Overtime pay at **50%.** **APPLY WITH US!** Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
