Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage project changes according to the client's project control management system. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project control reports. * Support construction supervision in meeting project schedules and milestones. * Monitor and track cost control and planning requirements across projects, aligned with PMBOK guidelines. * Flag deviations and trends during service delivery. * Prepare technical cost and project planning reports. * Participate in 3W and Look Ahead meetings under the Last Planner System. * Support resource administration across projects. * Support proposal development. * Review and validate contractor construction valuations and additional budgets, along with their corresponding planning. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety in assigned activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles/functions related to planning, cost control, scheduling, or related areas in general projects. * Experience in mining-sector projects is desirable. * Familiarity with MS Project and/or Primavera P6 is desirable. * Residence in Puno, Cusco, Arequipa, or nearby cities is desirable. * Willingness to work on-site under field work arrangements. \#Perú \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Miraflores**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 7**Job Posting** Apr 15, 2026, 6:36:02 PM
