Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager - Engineering to lead the integrated management of engineering projects in mining and metallurgy, directing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring client satisfaction. Manage multidisciplinary teams and client relationships. ### **We are currently seeking a Project Manager \- Engineering** **to join AtkinsRéalis and become part of our Mining and Metallurgy Division.** ### **Responsibilities** * Lead integrated engineering project management, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business objectives. * Direct the development of engineering studies and consulting services for mining and metallurgical projects across various stages of maturity. * Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, promoting effective coordination among the various disciplines involved. * Oversee the planning, execution, and control of studies such as PEA (Preliminary Economic Assessment), Conceptual Studies (CS), Pre\-Feasibility Studies (PFS), Feasibility Studies (FS), NI 43\-101, and Bankable Estimates (BE). * Manage client relationships, ensuring high service standards and satisfaction. * Administer contracts, scope changes, and associated project risks. * Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, profitability, and productivity. * Identify business opportunities and growth potential with existing and prospective clients. * Lead follow\-up and review meetings with clients and key stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with AtkinsRéalis technical, quality, safety, and sustainability standards. * Provide mentoring and support to the project team, fostering talent and leadership development. * Perform any other duties related to this position. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of **15 years** of experience in engineering project management within the mining and metallurgy sectors. * Proven experience leading PEA, CS, PFS, FS, NI 43\-101, BE, or other engineering and mining project evaluation studies. * Strong experience in scope, schedule, cost, risk, and contract management. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging with senior-level clients. * Knowledge of project management standards and best practices. * **Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.** * **Project Management Professional (PMP)** certification. ### **Application Process** * Applications must be submitted exclusively through our corporate careers portal; applications received via other channels will not be accepted. * We will contact only shortlisted candidates for interviews. * Relocation expenses are not covered.
