Job Summary: Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of reefer containers, guaranteeing quality and safety standards to satisfy customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform repair and inspection of refrigerated containers. 2. Monitor refrigerated units and control operating parameters. 3. Ensure compliance with safety procedures. **Job Objective:** The objective of the Refrigerated Container Technician position is to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of reefer containers, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. This role is critical for efficient equipment handling and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform repair, inspection, and technical pre-trip inspection (PTI) of refrigerated containers entering the facility, as well as provide cold treatment services, technical assistance, and maintenance at customer terminals, ports, or plants. * Additionally, monitor refrigerated units, verify temperature logs, equip units with gen\-sets, and control operating parameters. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, report incidents, and participate in occupational health and safety (OHS) training. **Requirements:** * Technical graduate in Electricity, Maintenance Mechanics, Refrigeration Mechanics, Air Conditioning, or related technical fields. * Knowledge of refrigerated containers. * Familiarity with CARRIER brand refrigerated containers. * Familiarity with STARCOOL brand refrigerated containers. * Familiarity with THERMOKING brand refrigerated containers. * Familiarity with DAIKIN brand refrigerated containers. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with refrigerated containers. **Benefits:** * Commuting allowance * Full payroll \+ Food voucher \+ Campaign bonus \+ Paid overtime \+ Meals * Rotating shift: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. * Other corporate benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.2,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
