Restaurant Manager A major restaurant chain is looking for Restaurant Managers for our locations in Cañete, La Punta Callao, Chorrillos, and San Isidro — candidates must demonstrate leadership, organization, and service orientation. Responsibilities * Supervise the proper operation of the location. * Lead and organize the work team during operations. * Monitor customer service and satisfaction. * Manage staff attendance, schedules, and performance. * Supervise cash handling, sales, and operational management of the location. * Coordinate procurement of products and supplies. * Ensure compliance with cleanliness, order, and service standards. * Resolve operational incidents and provide team support. * Adhere to and enforce company-established procedures. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or in similar roles. * Experience managing personnel and leading teams. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Cash handling and operational control experience. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Willingness to work at any of the above-mentioned locations. Schedule * 8-hour daily shift. * Rotating shifts. * Work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week.
