Job Summary: Roller operator responsible for soil and asphalt compaction and leveling, ensuring project progress and machinery maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Efficient and safe roller operation. 2. Compaction and leveling of soils and asphalt. 3. Maintenance and care of assigned machinery. Operate the roller efficiently, safely, and responsibly, performing compaction and leveling work on soils, subbases, bases, and asphalt in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and established safety procedures, ensuring proper surface compaction, project progress, and appropriate care and maintenance of assigned machinery. **YOUR EXPERIENCE COMPACTS OUR PROJECTS** REQUIREMENTS * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a roller operator on construction sites. * Certification or proof of qualification as a heavy equipment operator (preferred). * Experience in soil, subbase, base, and asphalt compaction. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and daily equipment inspection. * Knowledge of and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. * Ability to conduct pre-operational inspections and report malfunctions. * Availability to work on-site and according to the project schedule.
